2 extraordinary silkscreens, one depicting Harvard's Massachusetts Hall, and the other Hollis, Harvard and Massachusetts Hall together. Resonant, brilliant works requiring an amazing 40 different stencils to make the final print. Working from the original by the gouaches by the artist, Reverend Jonathan Fisher of 1793 and 1795, and exhibited in the historic Boston Athenaeum, these silkscreens were meticulously executed by Pippin Press in 1948 in colloboration with the Boston Athenaeum and Harvard Library in an edition of 500. They have become highly sought after items. One set of the edition is held by the New York Public Library in the Stephen A. Schwarzman Building/Print Collection, Miriam and Ira D. Wallach Division of Art, Prints and Photographs.

These works are each presented in old glass frames, with delicate, lacquered gold edged mats.
